Daily Duties at Star Trak Llc:
Systems analysis, design, systems implementation, installation, documentation, and training • Involved in all phases of system procurement, requirements gathering, assess systems that meet requirements, work with vendors, prepare RFP’s, work with finance • Collect requirements from system users, to provide feed back for future system designs and to meet the computing requirements of on going and future projects • Assist in supporting systems and users in a Linux/Windows based network. • Perform software and hardware installation, updates, and maintenance. • Manage data backup systems. • Assist in developing automated software installation and monitoring tools. • Support users of UNIX/Linux/Windows systems; Analyze and solve customer problems. React quickly to customer needs. Assist developers and users with performance monitoring. Isolate system performance bottle necks • System and network security audits • Support Open Source tools library on Linux/UNIX systems
