Daily Duties at Kroger Limited Partnership Llc:
Store remodel and sales increase was due to proper planning and coordinating efforts with total store team. Proper scheduling in each phase of the remodel with the right people and every one knowing step by step and excellent follow through from a total team collaboration to ensure, each step was only done once, prepared and prepared for any and all steps with back up plans. Each job was broken down with; who, what, where, when and how with time (just like using an HR Gantt Chart). Consistent focus on customers to have a clean and clutter free store that was well stock and with daily up-dated store directories of items moved and scheduled store employees to assist customers with purchases. Focus on sales especially due to the square footage increase and expanded departments through hiring and training new associates to prepare ahead of time on sales increase. This is also how we were able to complete the remodel ahead of time flawlessly and save money. Worked hand in hand with construction people on every move to fully understand each step and relay information to all associates daily so total store was on the same page. Communication was typed each day so all could review what was accomplished each day for inclusion and unity.
