Primary Function: Ensure consistency in execution across assigned retail district by collaborating with district managers, store managers, department managers and other business partners. Drive execution of business systems, knowledge and standard practices. Identify and develop resources to provide technical expertise on the district leadership. Responsible for cascading two-way communication process between retail and all business partners. Facilitate financial results, the execution of our strategy, and improve customer service. Review key performance indicators measuring the effectiveness of in-store operating systems and merchandising programs and lead, coach, and teach improved results. Identify technical expertise and leadership support by educating and coaching new store managers, department managers new Retail Management Trainees, department manager trainees, and standard practice trainers on standard practices, business systems, product knowledge. Advise district manager in the development of talent as it relates to talent planning. Responsible for sales, shrink and store conditions.
