Managed department overseeing performance of end-to-end recruiting operations including interviewing, staffing/classification, sourcing, training, preparation of online recruitment questionnaires, planning, and directing work. Conducted performance evaluations to increase workload productivity and efficiency. Developed and introduced regulatory manuals and Standard Operating Procedures.
