Daily Duties at Second Thought:
Spent 5 years guiding the successful conception and execution of a wide variety of online interactive media campaigns as the acting head of a development department and its coordinating design team. - Worked closely with the development team providing guidance and training, setting protocols, troubleshooting technical matters, enhancing code implementation strategies,QAing code, delegating tasks appropriately, training new hires, and mediating personnel issues - Wrote technical specification documents for high-end, complex projects and worked with multiple dev teams to ensure that standards were met - Served as producer go-to person for project planning, best practices, Work Order review, and project crisis management - Guided design team in matters of new technologies and gave recommendations for creative improvement and how to better meet project requirements and schedule or budget limitations - Consulted in a variety of specialties, including mobile, social networking, third party tracking, JS and HTML5 - Assumed role of analytics technical lead, with expertise in Omniture, GA and 3rd party tracking tags - Spearheaded efforts to improve internal system for managing issues of IT, SVN, VPN, multiple development environments, bug/project/code management, software standardization/education, and documentation - Fulfilled role of senior developer in a variety of programming languages to produce crossplatform/browser/device viable products - Acted as project manager for select clients and projects by handling all client communication, managing internal resources, setting scope and schedule, and writing contractual agreements
