I managed the TiVo, & DIRECTV Global Account handling Commercial Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Financial Management, and Contract Negotiation. The enterprise was located at Guadalajara, Mexico, from a manufacturing perspective, and I managed a team of two Global Program Managers (GPM's), one Global Account Supply Chain (GASC) Manager, and three site level Program Managers (PM's).
