Daily Duties at Urs Federal Services:

• Building Individual Task Planning Sheets (ITPSs) and (ITMP’s) providing current, past and future year executable funds for NAVSEA, NUWC; NUWC Keyport, NSWC, NAWC China Lake. • Execute and track funding to major universities such as Penn State and Johns Hopkins. • Evaluate, correct, fine tune fields and contractors’ ITPSs for proper budget build and execution. • Produce and update obligation/expenditure status reports (weekly and monthly) in Excel and government software for multiple appropriations (OPN, RDT&E, O&MN, SCN) using the Standard Accounting Reporting System (STARS), ERP and PRISMS. • Provide daily, weekly and bi-weekly financial reporting for government and other contractors. • Quick turn-around for financial drills. • Utilize the Automated Funding Document System (AutoDoc) for the status of approved funding documents and contracts. • Member and participant in the financial quarterly program reviews. • Solving and correcting financial questions from the Program Office or other support contractors.
