Provide a on site full practice management evaluation of clinics which includes initial billing audit, financial reports, staff evaluations to determine job responsibilities, and to insure that staff is in the right position for the clinic. Hire and fire staff. Provide a comprehensive correction plan with billing procedures to increase practice revenue. Provide continue remote support to clinics Medisoft training and support. Train providers and staff on converting practice medical records into emr. Provide presentations to clinical directors relevant to the effective return on investment and increased productivity inherent to utilization of proprietary practice management systems. Travel 50% of time to providers and clinic's through out Texas.
