Established new banking relationships and secured $6 million line of credit. maintained relations with the 30+ ultra-high net worth investors in the private equity fund; created all financial reporting for management, banks and investors all from scratch; developed underwriting guidelines for evaluating potential investments; staffed RCG and managed all personnel including Managing Director and Analyst staff; collaborated with Executive Management on Fund strategy, assembled and oversaw Investment Committee; with the creation of RDMG implemented accounting and reporting systems to accommodate asset management and homebuilding.
