Promoted to this position because market downturn required my greater expertise in organizing data and preparing and analyzing useful management information and negotiating with banks who held debt totaling over $400 million. Member of Board of Directors, Executive Committee, private equity fund Investment Committee, directed financial and accounting group to produce quality reports dictated by the needs of executives and management, managed the heads of HR and IT, managed treasury function and initiated and maintained all banking relationships (over 10 banks), loan restructuring financial analysis with preparation of options and negotiations with banks, detailed weekly cash forecasting, consolidation of all business activities to arrive at an overall picture of financial health and outlook, prepared and analyzed financial models and forecasts for presentation to executives, banks and potential equity sources,
