Full financial and line responsibility for this seasonal 50 to 120-person operation located in 8 manufacturing facilities serving 22 states west of the Mississippi River. Scope included key account sales, operations budgets, capital expenditures, sales forecasting, capacity planning, production scheduling, procurement, customer service, distribution / logistics, inventory management and IT.
