Daily Duties at Coloplast:
Held full accountability for the daily management of all aspects of sales operations across a nine-state (Midwest), $10M region, soliciting the sale of ostomy, wound and skin care products to a diverse business portfolio comprised of IDNs/hospitals/long-term care/home health and DME distributors. Ensured the achievement of business development objectives through high-impact sales presentations to decision makers within accounts, as well as by establishing and maintaining mutually-beneficial, ongoing relationships with various distributor networks, GPOs and aggregators. Provided leadership and direction to a team of eight Territory Managers and one Support Service Representative; dotted line accountability for Clinical Consultants. Implemented strategic marketing/business plans focused on generating significant revenue for the organization and enhancing market penetration rates. Orchestrated budgeting and long-range planning; developed and launched innovative selling methodologies, pricing strategies, incentive programs and sales/product training initiatives, as well as tactical implementation plans
