Daily Duties at Traco:

Due to the transition from a privately held company to Alcoa’s Corporate Business structure, I was responsible for partnering with leadership to develop and execute action plans to engage employees and manage changes in workplace practices to minimize employee relation issues. Responsibilities also included reviewing old policies and identifying what new policies where in need of implementation. Assisted the Senior HR Manager with rolling out a performance management initiative that supported a combined workforce of 700 production and professional employees. Partnered with the HR team to ensure priorities and efforts were focused on internal and external client groups and collaborated with third party administrators to identify more efficient ways to leverage their services in order to free up the HR team time to focus on client groups.
