Daily Duties at Franciscan Alliance Information Services:
Led all IT support activities across two 800 bed hospital campuses, one 63 bed hospital, 28 remote medical group practices, one full service/state of the art health and fitness club, one regional medical clinical lab, and one coordinated business/billing office. Tracked and reported monthly, quarterly and yearly results to senior management; continually met or exceeded service level agreements. Supervised team of 13 desktop support technicians in the seamless operational delivery, integration, and quality support of 4700+ computers. Provided strategic consulting for new business ventures regarding information technology equipment and service needs. Currently conducting risk assessments for IT technical projects. Championing the review, amending, and completion of new and existing information technology disaster recovery plans. Providing trending, gap analysis and remediation for Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance and service level agreements (SLA). Documenting information technology workflows, processes and procedures.
