Daily Duties at Endurance Risk Solutions:
Submission entry and clearance; Booked accounts for D&O and E&O risks; Processed approved transactions for binders, new and renewal business including endorsements and/or cancellation; Processed expense reports for my direct Underwriters and VP; Communicated as needed with Operations Management, Underwriting Management, Underwriters, Accounting and Reinsurance to answer policy questions and resolve issues or discrepancies; Generated and mailed renewal notices; Processed returned premiums/additional premiums invoices, refunds and commission adjustments; Followed up with Producers for outstanding premium and missing info needed for policy issuance. Participated in special projects; and participated in UAT for new system integration.
