- managed a staff of nine employees at three different terminal locations. -responsible for over 1400 company drivers and 600 independent owner operators. -developed and managed a lease purchase plan for over 280 independent contractors. - maintained the corporate fuel department and managed all fuel within the company at all terminals, fuel hedging and the fuel network.
