Fielded 180 to 250 inbound calls daily, solving problems and providing customer account information, including account balances and money transfers. Ordered checks and new cards, closed lost or stolen credit and ATM cards. Provided product information, educated on over-draft protection and other account fees, and directed customers to appropriate department to report and resolve account fraud.
