Daily Duties at Boeing:

I was promoted to Senior Manager so that I could teach 120+ production workers and 7 managers on 3 shift to meet an aggressive schedule commitments from 1 Aircraft every month to 1 airplane every 3 days. Maintain quality products by reducing defects 65% in just 8 months by establishing production and quality standards, plan future expansion to increase rate and mixed modeling products. Explain to the executive team daily on progress and issues of concern and I how was addressing them. Continue to monitor safety issues and coordinate lean events. Coordinate manufacturing activities with other functions that we assigned to meet so that all commitments could be meet.
