Daily Duties at Exelis Inc:

Personally manage, plan, coordinate, and execute current operations and customer service requirements resulting in the successful operational planning and coordination of the supply, transportation, maintenance, and Retrograde missions of the Army Prepositioned Stocks (APS-5), Direct Theater Support (DTS), and (APS-5 Kuwait) Program; Directly interface with the Senior Army leaders while assessing their logistics requirements; Ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout all supply, maintenance and transportation processes required for the sustainment of Strategic Army stocks; Manage the day to day operations of Logistics Management operation Center (LMOC) Current Operations Team, supervising 10 subordinate logistics personnel, providing daily, mentoring, counseling and professional development training as required; Oversee the multi-functional logistics operational and strategic planning and coordination for the customer’s equipment requirements for major end items and tasking support of the ARCENT theater support mission.
