Daily Duties at Tkc Global Inc.:
With my skills in Oracle 11g and cold fusion 9 I worked on a team to support NAVAIR Airworthiness web site for NAS Patuxent River. Cold Fusion Web Developer 1ST Year: NAVAIR Airworthiness site runs on both Niprnet & Siprnet environments. This site used Cold Fusion, Fusebox and cold spring frameworks to facilitate processing of Aircraft flight clearances for all aircraft in NAVAIR globally. In our latest release we migrated database from mysql to Oracle. With my Oracle background, I played a critical role in this transition by re-writing functions/procs, queries & etc for oracle compatibility. We were tasked to develop the next generation of the airworthiness web site which will also include mobile platform for the second year. Oracle Database Administrator 2nd Year: As the oracle database administrator role I supported two separate oracle instances (Staging & Test databases on one instance) and (Development database on second instance). In the second year our organization was tasked to redesign the web site as well as the oracle database. Of course I worked with lead developer to redesign airworthiness database, assist developers with queries, wrote views, procedures & etc in support of next generation database. The web site itself was redesign using cold fusion with cold box framework, I wrote all default Model (database layer) functions in cold box framework.
