Daily Duties at Keystone Bank :

Developed the annual branch business plan for maximum profitability and effectiveness. Assisted senior-level credit officers with complex loan applications. Analyzed applicants' financial status, credit and property evaluation to determine feasibility of granting loans. Determined rate locks, issuance of disclosures and overage and underage and fee waivers. Educated customers on the variety of loan products and available credit options. Provided financial analysis reports of commercial real estate, borrower's financial statements, lease reviews and market research. Executed the loan origination process, including ordering credit reports, appraisals, preliminary title reports. Led and managed daily activities of a team of 14 staff, reviewing all new Loan Start Packages to ensure documentation meets guidelines of Bank's policies and procedures. Prepare monthly account performance review report to the senior management for a review of the regions contribution to the bank's profitability. Conceptualize, develop, and implement departments, policies, products, and strategies vital to continue success of commercial lending functions. Developed key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing and operations staff in my branch aimed at achieving all set targets of the senior management in terms of profitability and budget control within a specified time line. Establish, service, and expand commercial banking relationships through disbursements of import and export financing loan facilities. Evaluate escalated and complex loans, determine risk, and authorize restructuring in line with market developments. Perform asset due diligence, prepared and presented case write-ups and provided senior management with recommendations. Harness value chain and network marketing strategy to develop rich clientele base to ensure budgeted production levels were achieved. Prepare monthly reports and oversee issuance and monitoring of all Letters of Credit issued by the bank.
