Daily Duties at Salem Hospital:

I have had successful management experience by taking Inpatient Rehab Unit from a 15 bed shared rooms to a 24 single bed unit and doubling the nursing staff all keeping within budget and in some areas under budget in this highly productive by increasing the average daily censes from 8 to 15 within the first three weeks of opening the newly developed and built Inpatient Rehab Unit, along with, bring forward both the Spin and Ortho Centers of excellence. I can lead multiple levels of personnel in a multi-complex dynamic environment. I have experience in education, training and program development of highly skilled RN’s and Therapy staff to help them achieve the growth needed to achieve the Centers of Excellences and Develop the new Inpatient Rehab Unit. Brought in new state of art equipment with training to have complete competence in use of equipment, higher level in nursing skills so sicker patients could be admitted into the unit and patient would not need to be transferred out of the unit of treatment of blood transfusions and other treatments. I have effective ability utilizing interpersonal communication, supervisorial, organizational, and priority-setting skills, and can demonstrates ability to plan, organize, and implement clinical and non-clinical focused programs in a healthcare setting
