Daily Duties at Oak Crest Care Center:

Participate as a team member in support of the total perioperative process. Organize time, equipment, supplies, and personnel to provide effective and efficient case management. Supervise and direct patient care of this organization. Organize nursing activities efficiently and effectively using standards and recommended Oregon practices laws. Delegate activities appropriate to the abilities of available staff members. Consider cost containment by using supplies economically and in effective turnover time. Assist with supply, drug, and equipment inventories to maintain stock level and availability. Review patients' paper charts/ needs to plan care with other healthcare team members. Provide comfort and reassurance to patients, maintained patients' privacy and dignity
