Daily Duties at Community Health Centers Of Burlington:
Director of Administration Oversee administrative and clinical operations for a 33K-square-foot main site, 2 satellite clinics, 4 school-based programs and Vermont’s only homeless clinic site. Manage patient relations, behavioral health therapy, case management, purchasing, and facilities management. Accountable for RFPs and BAA contracting. Drive risk management and compliance programs including all associated training. Member of senior management team reporting to Executive Director. Participate in 330 grant annual report as well as 5-year reapplication process; Control and execute department budgets totaling $2M. Director of Operations and Quality ): Oversaw administrative and clinical operations for nursing, behavioral health, registration, eligibility, and health information management. Coordinated all quality and risk management, as well as corporate compliance and ethics programs. ): Member of senior management team developing formal risk management, compliance, and quality programs including all necessary program plans and P&Ps in 9 months to strengthen legal compliance. Conducted first enterprise risk assessment survey, still in use today for QI/QA purposes. Interim Executive Director Took advanced role overseeing entire organization during Executive Director’s absence. Reported to President of Board of Directors
