Daily Duties at Impact Solutions:
Managing accounting functions, including account analysis, journal entries, financial statement preparation, and management information dashboards; SOX compliance testing and remediation, including directing testing procedures, reviewing and approving test result documentation, and policing responsiveness of testers against deadlines; Strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, including developing financial and econometric models, conducting iterative reviews with department managers, and making presentations to Board of Directors. No employees, but I occasionally recruit other consultants to assist on projects.
