Daily Duties at Sc Johnson & Sons:
Lead and manage to achieve company and customer strategic objectives. Lead initiatives for S.C. Johnson categories and Supervalu as well as developing account relationships. Work directly with Brand, Shopper and Customer Marketing teams. • Build strategic and collaborative plan management with both S.C. Johnson and SuperValu to meet common goals • Category annual sales growth through planning and negotiating key price points, display, advertising, and promotions. • Forecasting and Strategic planning , work closely with logistics and supply chain to ensure product distribution • Financial Acumen: Improved trade spending with higher ROI and shopper marketing with increased sales results. • Leading customer relationships to strengthen partnership as well as internal cross functional teams to meet common goals. • General business manager responsibilities: Broker management, trade funding, creative planning solutions and sales budgets. • Broker management: Manage one direct team members and six broker account managers along with 5 support members.
