Controller/Director of Fund Administration  Accounting of the Penso Capital Markets multi-strategy fund of funds, with an AUM totaling approximately $200mm, including management fee and performance incentive fee calculations generated from allocations  All aspects of month-end closing of funds including stand alone funds, processing allocations and journal postings  Certified monthly allocation of investor capital  Directed investment activity and maintained liquidity information  Determined monthly estimated returns and provided fact sheets to investors  Prepared year-end audited financial statements including assisting auditors by providing support for monthly NAV packages, drafting financial statements, highlights, and schedule of investments  Liaison between the auditors and third party administrators  Collaborated monthly NAV’s with outside administrators  Approved monthly investor statements prepared by fund administrator  Consolidated quarterly due diligence questionnaire of current and potential investment funds  Allocated monthly investor subscriptions to appropriate funds and coordinated investor distributions for redemptions  Approved monthly cash projections and analyzed leverage levels needed for investing purposes
