Responsible for oversight of complex liability and workers' compensation claims with an average open litigated claims count of 300 open litigated claims at any one time. Participated in claim strategy on liability and workers' compensation litigated claims to ensure optimum results. Maintained concise Liability claims program for the company including oversight of 17 team dedicated liability claims third party administrator including regularly auditing of liability claims handled by the third party administrator for performance and adherence to special handling instructions. Provided risk assessment and risk transfer analysis as risk management subject matter expert for the company on contracts, leases, promotions and advertising campaigns as well as new business initiatives. Reviewed, drafted and negotiated contracts which included leases, service contracts, manufacturing contracts, vendor contracts, software contracts and licensing contracts. Conducted regular program gap analysis to identify any program gaps and eliminate same. Developed best in class liability claims program with best in class liability claims results as well as best in class liability and workers' compensation litigated claims results for the past 10 plus years improving results each year over the prior year.
