Daily Duties at The Siemon Company:
Developed and mentored staff of three administrators for the efficient and timely process of quotes in business globally. Converted from VPAS to Oracle quote system for better tracceability of projects. Utilized cost/margin analysis to determine pricing for large volume, discounted and/or international projects. Results were presented to President or CFO for approval. Turnaround time for all new quotes was improved from 2-day turnaround to processing within one business day of receipt. Special pricing cost/margin analysis was conducted on 3-4 quotes/day. Team processed approximately 60 projects/day and performed maintenance on 30-40 quotes/day.
