Responsible for all day to day operations of a 6.5 million dollar business. Supervised all employees through the following department heads: customer service, accounting, plant manager, printing supervisor, production coordinator and purchasing. Created sales and marketing plan making continual adjustments for changes in the market. Plan, supervise and attend all industry trade shows. Eight to nine per year. Travel to large and large customer’s for sales presentations. Eight to nine weeks per year. Presented products at national accounts regional or territorial sales meetings. Choose new products and provided competitors pricing comparison, cost analysis and profit analysis.
