• As a project lead person, led to develop related compound method, assay method, and dissolution method by using HPLC for solid dosage drugs for FDA submissions. • Wrote method validation protocols and performed analytical method validations. • Wrote method validation reports and technical reports for FDA submissions. • Reviewed analytical method, releasing profiles and validation protocols for FDA submissions. • Transferred new methods to analytical services and quality control departments, and provided analytical method troubleshooting. • Supported formulation team and provided timely feedbacks to formulators. • Developed cleaning validation methods for production line. • Set up specifications for assay methods and related compound methods • Screened API from different vendors cross the world, and provided impurity profiles in determination of choosing API venders.
