• Led method developments and validations of reduced and non-reduced monoclonal antibody conjugate purity assays using Capillary Electrophoreses (Beckman Coulter 800) for FDA fillings and QC testings. • Determined protein aggregate content by Size Exclusion Chromatography. • Determined peptide mapping and oligosaccharide fingerprinting by HPLC. • Characterized proteins by iCE, SDS-PAGE and Gel- IEF. • Determined cell based Cytotoxicity ( IC50) for protein conjugates. • Determined unconjugated calicheamicin using AB-ELISA. • Led investigations by using LC-Mass spectrometry (QQQ, TOF, ION TRAP) in identifications of unknown drug impurities and protein fragments. • Led to Investigate and identify impurities and the unknown peaks discovered from Pfizer’s global sites using LC/MS, 2DH1 NMR and C13. • Led to develop stability indicating analytical method for Advil, 100 mg Tablets Blue Raspberry, Grape and Fruit Flavors, and supervised the entire method validation for new drug fillings in Canada and USA. • Supervised and coached chemists in method validations and provided technical consultations for method troubleshooting and FDA recalls for global manufacture sites. • Led to develop three master methods for 20 Robitussin products by UPLC. • Reviewed and authored protocols, reports and SOPs. • Set specifications for protein drug release and led investigations for vaccine Manufactures.
