Daily Duties at Medtronic, Inc.:
1) Lead systems integration with Medtronic solutions (DLP was acquired by MDT in January of 1994) 2) Lead the integration of the Customer Service organization with Medtronic Customer Service organization 3) Managed the business analysts, developers and data center resources 4) Strategy and roadmap for business process improvements and enabling technology solutions 5) As needed, developed ad-hoc reporting needs and data conversion programs for Medtronic integration process
