Daily Duties at Medtronic, Inc.:

1) Manage the development and implementation of a Global Quality System (QS) – process oriented to meet the expectations of ISO13485 2) Facilitated Global QS Steering Committee (e.g. Quality Planning, Training) 3) Integrated QS processes with business unit technology solutions (e.g. Product Data Management, Manufacturing Solutions, ERP, and Document Management) 4) Measure the effectiveness of QS on a quarterly basis 5) Management Representative for CRDM Corporate Facility 6) Consolidate QS Metrics and facilitate Executive CRDM Management Review (e.g. metrics, action plans and audit outcomes) 7) Responsible for all sites receiving ISO13485 certification, ensuring retaining product CE marks 8) Responsible for management of device master record and design history file compliance (configuration assurance)
