Facilities Management Sales -- Created sales by meeting with CFO’s, CAO’s and Vice Presidents to identify outsourcing opportunities in major associations, law firms and the federal government in Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. Combined knowledge of hardware, software and services to promote Balmar’s on-site managed services (mail room, copy reproduction, fulfillment services, graphical printing, and e-commerce). Exhibited strong knowledge of document lifecycle from creation to archival storage. Responsibilities included communicating with business analysts and operations managers to draft client statements of work, planned strategies for hardware/software upgrades, and wrote effective proposals. Developed networking relationships within the DC Chamber, Greater Washington Board of Trade, the Association of Legal Administrators and the International Facilities Management Association to identify and close facilities management opportunities.
