Daily Duties at Ethos Elder Services:
Receive and investigate reports of elder abuse, caregiver neglect, self-neglect and financial exploitation Conduct home visits and complete comprehensive risk assessments Coordinate legal, medical, and other supportive services Provide counseling to alleviate or eliminate abuse Prepare court documents, protective orders, petitions for Guardianship and affidavits Maintain case records in compliance with state regulations Assess elder's capacity to consent utilizing Geriatric Assessment and Evaluation Assess factors placing elder at risk, with elder's consent, contact relevant collaterals. Consult with supervisor throughout assessment and case opening. Provide intake and consultation services for Protective Services
