Daily Duties at Pacific Coast Feather Co.:

I work for PCF for a total of 24 years.1985 to 2009. The last postion I held was VP of Manufacturing. I was specifically called back to consult by the new and current CEO, Joe Crawford. The largest plant in the company has monetary labor losses for 18 consecutive Months. My responsibilty was to analyze, Identify, and create specific written solutions in all under preforming areas. In addition, evaluate current Plant Management and key support structure.
