Daily Duties at Crain's Communication:
Manage the customer database conversion of 30 brands to a single source. Includes managing all aspects of communication with vendor, stakeholders and SMEs in order to illicit requirements and deliver assets as required by the project plan; determining opportunities for process improvements with goal to cut time for each conversion increasing delivery cadence.
