Responsible for service center, warehouse, purchasing and export business, as well as negotiating with suppliers and manufacturers resulting in greater profits in transportation costs and extending credit terms with manufacturers.. Managed $10M budget and 41 staff. Responsible for installation and maintenance of communications equipment. Designed and implemented an open ticket tracking system. Reduced open service tickets from 800 to 200, including installations. Responsible for department budget and P&L. Directed export division to highest sales level 1.5 of 3M came resulted from extensive negotiations with Dominican Republic Telephone Company (Codetel). Strict control over expenditures guaranteed maximum profitability. Enhanced partner collaboration. Actively trained sales personnel and partners about new products/services.
