Daily Duties at Bechtel National, Inc (Bni):
Started off as a technical support/customer service representative and also was the primary contact for programming an intranet issues management tracking site which included programming and basic maintenance of webpages and databases (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Oracle SQL and SQL Server 2005). Now, I work in the regulatory interface group, the primary customer (which is the Department of Energy, DOE) interface group, still providing technical support/customer service just in a more narrow focus.
