• Worked hand-in-hand with system programmers, providing end user needs and feedback for system development of PACER (the Financial Claims & Reconciliation software for the Dept. of Treasury) • Provided the US District Attorney Office individual workstation assistance and trouble shooting for the MS Outlook rollout • Created quick reference guides for just in time learning • Designed and developed engaging web-based training for Security Officers software system • Developed course design documents, instructor and participant guides, and evaluation criteria for both technical and non-technical courses. Examples: Technical: PACER, Ident & Enforce Non-technical: Securities Marketing courses
