Daily Duties at Sector7 Usa:
Work with General Manager, Sales Manager, and CFO to produce migration project assessments, project plans, and contracts to sell services to IBM clients world wide. I wore multiple hats each week and ran the teams of engineers doing the technical assessments, I also worked up the project plans, assigned rates and costs, worked up the SOW for each assessment package and managed the QA review process to gain approvals for Delivery, Sales, internal QA, and Executive level contacts within Sector7. My responsibilities were spread among various departments such as delivery, sales, and operations and I was involved in the full migration life cycle of each of my assigned implementation projects. In effect as each task order came in each day for sales to develop an assessment package, I would assign the task order to myself or other managers and take ownership of the deliverables until the client signed the contract, at which time I would transition the assessment to Delivery for execution and then stay involved with contact and project change management adjustments. I was also responsible for daily updates and maintenance of project plan templates and SOWs for each of the various types of projects our team was involved with, such as custom code, database, SAP, and Oracle e-business suite projects. I also maintained the operating procedures/processes for our department.
