seek appropriate contracts, provide services as per the RFP provided by the client which included developing proposals in response to RFP's, primary research and compiling background information, developing templates, developing survey instruments, conducting surveys, providing analysis of survey results, composing final reporting documents. Work with clients to define the scope of the project, develop evaluation criteria, recommend procedural changes, refine existing performance process and provide tools, support materials and change management options to clients for implementation. In some cases provide ongoing project management and consulting to ensure continuous process improvement. success or measure of success is determined by the client accepting an approved final document, in some cases inviting me to be part of the implementation process.
