Daily Duties at First Nation Of Na Cho Nyak Dun:

provide support to transition from myself as ED to a First Nation Citizen coming in as ED, provide interim management, executive leadership and advisory services to Council, mentoring and coaching of ED and Management team, work with leadership to implement capacity develop initiative (2011) including the facilitation of government retreats, identification of structural/procedural protocol issues, Council training in workplanning and budget development, development of templates and frameworks for Council to follow, provide issues research and briefing documents to Council as requested. Lead complex implementation plans involving multiple departments, conduct operations assessment
