Developed and managed the therapeutic community’s work and community service program. Met with Senior Staff to evaluate, expand, and improve the Asheville program. Recruited, employed, trained, supervised, and monitored the performance of all the CWS staff. Met with residents and treatment team to determine CWS placement.
