Daily Duties at Delta Compu Tec, Llc:
Directly support several offices in Northeastern U.S. as well as 1,500 users nationwide and overseas. Supervise DCI’s onsite IT staff providing enterprise-wide LAN/WAN/VPN/WiFi, server, desktop, laptop, printer and application support. Analyze hardware and software issues, recommend, schedule and implement solutions and repairs. Create and manage shared network resources, security groups, print queues, etc. Perform software compliance auditing and manage laptop loaner pool and hardware assets. Act as liaison between equipment and service vendors, DCI staff and client management. Provide training, knowledge sharing and performance evaluations for DCI staff, coordinate team meetings, issue communications, create and publish technical documents to SharePoint site, mentor staff for skill development, team captain for daily activities.
