Lauderdale, FL) Customer Service Jan 2010 to April 2013 Serving hundreds of clients each month by providing Independent Medical Examination reports utilizing our network of over 20,000 physicians, located throughout the United States and in other countries. IME service provides, peer reviews, diagnostic test reviews, telephonic conference solutions. Specialize in: • Heavy phone work to Insurance companies and Doctor’s offices to develop working relationships, project orders, and scheduling. • Responsible for distribution of high volume of faxes (GFI Fax Maker™) and emails to all departments. • Accurate data entry to Centric™ client systems charts application • Procure heavy load of documentation efficiently and within specific time-frames. • Adhere to all state and county guidelines for document handling and processing and HIPPA compliant regulations • Coordinate with proofing department to assure document accuracy peer reports and IME examination reports • Delegate tasks internally to multiple departments for high priority cases to assure client demands are met • Information input through scanning and merging of documents into corporate document management system
