Daily Duties at St. Agnes Medical Center:
Received patients from PACU, assisting the physician with their recovery during their length of stay and providing teaching to patient and their family to continue their recovery at home. Handled medications, dressing changes, IV's and all other aspects of nursing care. Facilitated admissions, discharges and transfers; prepared chart notes and other documentation and participated with other interdisciplinary teams. Patient population served and not limited to general surgery, orthopedic, urology, gynecology, vascular, bariatric, plastic surgery and trauma patients.
