Daily Duties at Damarinas Rural Health Unit 1:
Conduct home visits to determine client's needs.Complete physical assessments and conduct interviews to determine client'scurrent and past problems.tasks include obtaining blood pressure,temperature measurements and other data,developing information on health history,diet history,and family health status.Use nursing skills to develop,implement and evaluate individualized plansof care.Administer immunizations and medications,educate clients on potential side effects.Identify health needs in the community and create facilitate programs.Organize clinics and provide education on parenting,health care,nutrition,prenatal care,safety,breast feeding,communicable diseases .Investigate and monitor reports of communicable diseases such as tubercolosis and measlesand coordinate efforts with physician,schools and others regarding spread and treatment of disease.Must ensure clinical documentation regarding clients is kept secure and confidential.
