• Initiated and organized management workshops to develop new market strategies, goals and objectives to cross-sell business line markets between environmental, water resources, and transportation in the mid-west region • Marketed new federal and commercial accounts by repositioning and networking to leverage AECOM’s engineering capabilities including developing capture plans for senior management approval • Supported existing accounts in the oil and gas and energy commercial programs by managing internal and external clients with newly issued projects
